Progress Shots

I did these a while back for a coworker who wanted something for her husband that involved their little baby dog Sophie.  My go-to for traditional art at the time was Prismacolor markers, although I’ve recently fallen in love with Tombow brand markers.  Here’s the finished products as well as the progress shots.

The lighting isn’t the best in my apartment, but you get the idea.  They are an adorable couple, though!

I posted a simpler version of this one a while ago that I had done for some practice, but Anne liked it so much she wanted to buy it as well.  So I spent a little extra time on it making it cute.

EDIT: I got my other sister to text me a pic of the magnet I made her or her kitty, Maple! Woop!

I don’t work traditionally very often (besides quick concept sketches) but when I do, Prismacolors and India Ink are my faves.Image

One of my favorite guests on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon is animal expert, Jeff Musial.  So a while back I drew this and even got a response from him on Twitter!  Something like “@JeffAnimalGuy: that is a sick drawing can u send me one?”
So I did.
